Felicia Barnes Promotion Fairfax County, VA
Greetings Brothers and Sisters,Felicia Barnes of Fairfax County VA, was promoted to Battalion Chief on May 18th, 2024. She is the first African American woman in the history of the county to be promoted to this position. Below are details on the promotional ceremony if anyone wishes to attend.
