Partnership Opportunity
- The theme for 2026 is “One Flame, Many Generations: United by Mission, Fueled by Purpose,” which underscores unity across generations of Black professional firefighters, a shared mission, and a common purpose.
- The theme seems especially fitting: “One Flame” evokes the collective fire service (shared profession, shared struggles/commitments), and “Many Generations” suggests honoring past, present, and future Black firefighters — bridging legacy, current service, and future recruitment/community impact. “United by Mission, Fueled by Purpose” speaks to continuing the organization’s long-standing mission of equity, representation, and community service, while also pushing forward with purpose and solidarity.
