I would like to thank the membership for choosing me as the 12th IABPFF Inc., President. I am so humbled and honored to have served the organization for over 25 years in several leadership positions. I cannot say enough about the importance of our organization and the impact IABPFF Inc. has had over the last 50 years in the communities we serve. We must continue to give honor to all the past presidents and other officers who served on our Executive Board and all individuals who have upheld and uplifted our great organization.
As President I will continue to uphold the mission and values our elders put in place many years ago. We must continue to honor the legacy of the shoulders we stood on and stand on every day. The sacrifices made by the
IABPFF Inc. Family will never go unnoticed. I encourage all members to attend conferences, conventions, and symposiums we offer to uplift our members in any role about recruitment, retention, and upward mobility efforts.
Finally, in my efforts to become the12th President of the IABPFF | stand by the statement I made: Community- Integrity-Commitment every single day. I would like to conclude by saying we are at the crossroads in American Democracy and every IABPFF Inc. member must do their part to uphold the organization, our communities, and get out there and VOTE! I must say I’m fired up and ready to go.
